Sustainable Water Solutions
During a visit to the Check Dam Dhabhadi and Check Dam Kamdipada, built under our CSR scheme, our Managing Director, Mr. Dinesh Gupta, and Director, Mrs. Kavita Gupta, witnessed firsthand the positive impact these water resources are making. The joy on the children’s faces as they enjoyed the water was a testament to the lasting change we've helped create. These dams are expected to provide a reliable water supply throughout the year, offering vital relief during the scorching summer months.
Empowering Women
In partnership with Utthan Charitable Trust, Bharuch, Pragati Glass is proud to support women’s empowerment by donating sewing machines to sustain the livelihood of women breadwinners. The ceremony, led by our President of Operations Mr. Lavesh Katara, was graced by the Honourable MLA of Bharuch, Mr. Ramesh Bhai Mistry. This initiative will enable women to build sustainable livelihoods and support their families.
Community Support Initiatives
We are honoured to have completed and handed over the Shamshan Bhumi (crematorium) to the residents of Maktampur Village in Bharuch. This important community resource, presented at a heartfelt ceremony, represents another proud achievement for the Pragati Glass family.
Our dedication continues as we celebrate the completion of check dams serving the villages of Sensari, Saiwan, and Khaniwali in Maharashtra, handed over on 17 June 2024. These vital water conservation structures will provide year-round support to the villagers.
